Overall quite tasty if taking into account that it’s aged less than a year. It could have been real great at a higher ABV. I tasted it at the Stockholm Beer & Spirits Fair 2023. It’s produced in Stockholm, Sweden, from bought raw material in a micro distillery runned by some guys during their free time. They make small batches and age it in small casks. In the small cask pictured they had distillate at ABV 82%, which I also tasted. The nose is pleasant but the palate is rather weak probably because of the low ABV at just 40% cause when I tasted the one from the barrel it tastes much more. During the medium long finish it tastes much more than in my mouth.
