The weird Advent calendar day 10 Phew... I have no clue 😅 Tastes like sugarcane without the floral notes... slight sweetness and probably around 40% ABV, leaning towards less. Very watery in the mouth, hardly any proper classification possible at least for me. Actually, I think I taste parallels to Bacardi Blanc if I can still remember it from memory.

Here too, the usual rating makes little sense. Very neutral. The nose has a minimal hint of rum, on the palate it could also be vodka. You could mix a Moscow Mule with it and it wouldn't stand out.

Classic mix-rum from the 70s. I've had worse comparable rums (Bacardi, Havana, etc.) in the glass. From nose to finish herbs and as sweetness sugarcane. Alcohol quite well integrated.

I smell a bit of fruit, something burnt?! and neutral alcohol. Bacardi Blanco is my first thought. On the palate however too sweet for that. Finish rather short and bitter.

Day 10 the funny calendar Nothing to recognize by nose, at least for me. Very watered down and thin in taste, I would never have associated it with Guyana.

Yeah, unfortunately that was not the right reaction to the emerging crisis of the 80s. It would be nice if the product had flavor. So it is more of a Havana Club 3 alternative if you hate communists.
