What an Indian! Great tropical fruits. Mixed with spice. Almost not recognizable as Agricole. Nice product and highly recommended.

Aquavitae Mülheim October 2025. And another Camikara. It's mostly fruity, but unfortunately not very rum-heavy... But no choice, it has to be set, next up is an Uitvlugt :)

More intense in all respects than its eight-year-old sister bottling, although the basic profile of the rum is otherwise very similar. Beautiful tropical fruits with spicy oak notes and herbs. However, there is a buttery undertone that becomes more and more cheesy, which unfortunately reminds me of baby vomit along with the fermented basic mood and clouds the mood somewhat.

In itself a tasty rum but with 94% Angels share and 12y maturing time in India I would have expected more barrel influence. All in all, unfortunately a bit insignificant and I don't recognize any special DNA here... Doesn't convince me.

Today, first up an Indian. 😃 Nice fruity nose that reminds me a bit of Long Pond. The alcohol stings a little, even though only 50%. Slightly sour, fruits still unripe. On the palate again unripe fruits, paired with barrel, slightly sour. Feels thin and alcoholic. Nothing you absolutely have to drink. The nose is what scores here. PS: Who messed up the taste controls like that?👎🏼
