Le Rhum Amphore Eclips’ présente un aspect épais et gras. Son nez est puissant, pleine canne avec de légères notes florales. En bouche, le rhum annonce sa puissance gustative pleine canne. Il reste assez longtemps en bouche. Plus la dégustation avance, plus les complexes organoleptiques se dévoilent. Sur la fin de dégustation, on y retrouve une petite note terreuse. Le « vieillissement » de 3 ans en amphore, lui apporte du corps.
