The Rhum Amphore Eclips’ has a thick and oily appearance. Its nose is powerful, full cane with slight floral notes. On the palate, the rum announces its full cane gustatory power. It lingers quite long in the mouth. The more the tasting progresses, the more the organoleptic complexes reveal themselves. Towards the end of the tasting, there is a slight earthy note. The 3-year "aging" in amphora gives it body.
