Very interesting bottling from the Rummieclub's own distillery in Amsterdam, based on dunder and wild yeast! A great experiment that I think is a success. Fruity on the nose (red, not yet ripe berries), strong and warming on the palate. Very long finish. Alcohol could be integrated a little better, but still perfect for a happy blind tasting, because nobody would guess this unusual product. 😉 Many thanks, Judith & Martijn, for the free sample as a supplement. 😊
