Unfortunately a little unbalanced overall.

"Particular" tasting, it's not bad but there's no really clear marker that stands out. Not very balanced. On the nose: not many clear markers, I smell vanilla and sugar. On the palate: a grassy side, dried fruits and Granny Smith apple. Average finish slightly grassy, fruity. Not bad but...

Delicate (7/10), good sweet/sour balance, some tropical fruits, a bit light-bodied, easy sipper, pleasant oaky and a bit astringent aftertaste, moderate alcohol burn. It creates a mood as in sunny afternoon somewhere in the garden among trees, listening to busy humming of bees as light cool and crisp breeze suddenly sweeps through the canopies of fruit trees, bringing scents of grass, flowers, followed then by wave of late spring warmth. Would I buy it again? Probably yes, but let’s see through the rest of the bottle.
