A rum tasted at the Rum and Gin Festival in Lucerne. A fresh nose, like green apple alcohol and lemon balm. The palate has a licorice-like sweetness. The finish is long, herbaceous and still with a hint of licorice. A fine agricole, much more on the herbaceous side than on other flavors.

Nose: citrus, lime, apricot, walnut, floral, wood, needs a few minutes On the palate, dried apricot, sweetness of honey with vanilla and oats, floral, slightly salty, alcohol well integrated. Reminds me of a whisky, but I really like the apricot and sweetness.
