#6069 17.12.2025 Continueing my second box of unaged samples I received from a good supplier. Nose Fresh, medium intense, light minetal, citrus, floral, sugarcane, spice. Palate Oily, medium peppery, fresh, citrus, sugarcane, floral, balanced, olive, light salt, light grass. Finish Long, medium peppery, sugarcane, citrus, light mineral, light grass. Empty glass Flowery, light herbs, citrus, light grapefruit.

Clear edge: no cask fuss, no dilution. I can't handle more "neat" in this heat either. Nose: honey sweetness and fermented fruits. The alcohol bites a bit, of course. Very fruity with honeydew melon, mirabelle, banana, passion fruit and some coconut. These unripe agricoles often remind of fruit brandy. Definitely very intense and rich in aromas. 7.4 Palate: as expected strong and intense. Warm, if not even hot in mouthfeel. Short and intense flavor curve. Warm-bitter-hot-bitter-cane juice sweetness-lime peel-fruit brandy. That basically describes it. 7.2 Works neat, but certainly not for everyone. Probably better as a mixer.

Well well well. I think I don’t need to use any mouthwash before sleep 😄 🪥So alcoholic. I was quite overwhelmed by this to be honest. I feel flowers in it, which is nice, but I wouldn’t reach for it again.
