Un nez tout de suite intéressant avec beaucoup de végétal et très fruité, mirabelle, fruits jaunes mais aussi banane et ananas. La bouche apporte une bonne dose d’umami avec une réglisse délicieuse et des fruits tropicaux. Je me sens transporté dans une fête au village avec musique entraînante, parois en bois et fruits à volonté et puis surtout bois doux (réglisse) à mâcher. La finale est longue et élégante, plus boisée que la bouche. Le verre vide donne envie d’y retourner. Un très bel agricole. Merci Haromex pour l’échantillon.

Tagesausflug Düsseldorf September 2025. Shop Spirit Bomb. Auch vor Ort verkostet. Interessanter Rum, sehr fruchtige Nase, viel Banane und Ananas. Am Gaumen auch tropische Früchte, aber auch Agricole und Zuckerrohr.

Sehr junger, nussiger Agricole. Ein paar Jahre mehr hätten dem Rum gut getan. Aber das Ausgangsprodukt ist definitiv hochklassig.

Surprisingly herbal, with a slight sweetness and some paprika and saffron. Very mild and yet expressive. Could just have a little more power, think a few more years in the barrel would have been good here...
