The taste is fresh and exotic - rich in nuances, with notes of ripe banana and coconut, complemented by hints of timut pepper and cocoa.

Alcohol quite poorly controlled. Honestly surprised, quite oily and thick, still spicy with a bit of alcohol, but you want more! In summary, my tasting notes: On the nose: Oak, woody, caramel On the palate: Woody, peppery, spicy, cocoa The finish rather oriented towards: Cocoa Edit: a bit more fruit but still a bit of alcohol:

#4637 08.03.2024 Tasting with Romhatten. Nose Light wood, floral, sugarcane, caramel, fruity, dried fruit, cognac, grass. Palate Dry, wood, light roasted, warm, fruity, raisin, tannins, floral, grass, light coffee, faint chocolate. Finish Long, dry, warm, wood, dried fruit, light caramel. Very good ABV integration, but a but boring to be honest.

Oaky wood, dried fruits, herbal, caramel, spicy, black pepper. The alcohol is a bit too dominant for my taste. A very expressive agricole straight from the barrel. If you're not used to powerful rums, move along.
