Joli rhum blanc de Marie Galante embouteillé et sélectionné pour la maison Chollet (qui sélectionne aussi d'excellents vieux Bielle à un prix bien en dessous de la marque). Ce rhum blanc agricole de la Guadeloupe est destiné au cocktail, c'est son objectif premier. Mais il tient la barre en dégustation pur ou juste accompagné d'un zeste de combawa. Agrumes fraîches (citron vert, combawa), c'est végétal, jolie canne à sucre fraîchement coupée, belle sucrosité, presque du sucre roux aussi.
Clairement un Bielle destiné aux ti punchs et c'est réussi! Malgré la contenance de 1L, ça descend très vite... Pur, il manque un peu de gourmandise et de caractère, la canne domine l'ensemble elle est bien sucrée, c'est aussi assez végétal. Le zeste de citron reste assez longtemps en bouche.
