Epic Velier Caroni Tasting 2023 / Golden Circle Caroni Paradise Tasting: recht trocken, das Trinidad Stock-Profil kommt zum Tragen. Die Eichenholzaromen sind, die Karamellzuckernoten sind eher dezent ausgeprägt. Am Gaumen knackig, aber tolle Komplexität.
