Zapach: intensywny, czerwone owoce, trochę suszonych rodzynek, trochę przegniłej papai, dębina Smak: suszone rodzynki, cukierki mon cheri, karmel i lukrecja Finisz: długi, okrągły, bardzo przyjemny, sus świąteczny z przewagą wędzonych moreli, lekko alkoholowy. Beczka ładnie oddała. Mimo większego % jest gładka i przyjemna. Dużo owoców w połączeniu z dębiną i lukrecją daje przyjemny efekt. Z zamkniętymi oczami myślę że kręciłbym się gdzie w okolicach Guyany. Szkoda że tylko 7 lat w beczce bo mogłoby być bardzo ciekawie.

An excessively sweet note that ruins every positive note this rum does have. The nose is pretty funny but gives alread an hint of the mouth excessive sweet. I've a feeling of sugar/caramel that reminds me of certain brands I don't like and that ruins my drinking experience

Aging after port wine gives this sample a sweet ( maybe too much) start and a beautiful roundness. Perfectly integrated alcohol where I would definitely not type ABV. I was intrigued by the density ( meaning viscosity) of this sample. I haven't had such a "thick" rum in a long time. Unfortunately it was more interesting than overwhelmingly good.

The sherry was really annoying, it didn't taste like rum, it tasted like sherry.

Surprisingly good, fruity & funky with industrial notes and many olives. The PX is not too present which I like, leaves room for the distillate to show it’s character. Not too wild and well integrated, even though it is rather young. Needs some water to tame the alcohol.
