#6208 09.01.2026 Running a few samples while watching the TV series Body Cam. Just got these samples from a friend today and the good thing about free samples is that spitting doesn't cost anything. Nose Medium intense, sugarcane, spice, citrus, light floral, berries, light metallic. Palate Oily, fresh, medium intense, sugarcane, citrus, floral, spice, peppery, light berries, light caramel, light olive. Finish Medium long, oily, sugarcane, light floral, faint cherry, light citrus. Empty glass Light caramel, berries, floral, sugarcane. Surprisingly good rum and a big surprise for me,.

The provenance - Cambodia - and Ferroni's involvement got me quite interested in this rum. In the end, there's nothing magical about it. It has a few flaws, but future iterations will certainly be better. It does its job well as a ti punch 😊

On the nose intense vegetables, canned corn, umami, smoked herring, agave, citrus, pepper. The palate is pungent and assertive with the same flavors and the addition of a metallic note and some medicinal. Interesting though, I had never tasted anything made entirely in Cambodia, good good job!
