#6638 11.04.2026 Getting my palate ready for the tasting tonight at Whisky Watcher. Listening to some nice tracks by Ruben de Ronde, Dhuka and Ranji on Spotify. This is a pretty decent release and the price tag can be argued. The nose is fresh and round with wood, spice, light caramel, faint floral, mango and a touch of smoke and chocolate. The palate is oily and fresh with light roasted wood, faint smoke, caramel, mango, vanilla and a light floral note. The finish is medum long and naturally sweet with a light peppery touch, light wood, caramel and faint smoke.
