Durch die lange Fermentation bei niedrigen Temperaturen erhält dieser weiße Rum agicole komplexe, fruchtige Aromen von Himbeeren und tropischen Früchten. In der Nase sind die Aromen intensiv, fast zu stark. Am Gaumen entwickeln sich komplexe Aromen von Himbeeren, Zuckerrohr, tropischen Früchten gepaart mit einer angenehmen Süsse. Sehr gut pur zu geniessen aber auch schön in einem Ti Punch.

#5436 29.06.2025 Relaxing with a few new samples I got from a friend. Nose Fresh, fruity, citrus, sugarcane, light grass, faint herbal, faint floral. Palate Light oily, fresh, naturally sweet, fruity, citrus, light herbal, light cherry, light floral, sugarcane. Finish Medium long, fresh, light oily, light citrus, light floral, faint caramel. Empty glass Citrus, floral, light cherry, light grass. Not the best sipper, but made for mixing, price to quality is pretty OK I think.
