The nose reads classic and green, then the palate turns into something closer to fruit eau-de-vie — that's the surprise here. Cane juice, crushed grass, a bit of mango and banana, light esters kept in balance. Bottled at 60% but the alcohol sits well. One taster caught a lingering earthy/dirt note; a couple needed two or three pours to warm up to it.

Comment on peut noter ça 7.5 ?? Franchement ça vaut la « moyenne » des 8 je pense. Assez floral et fruité, Une belle canne, un peu de mangue peut être ou de banane, quelques esters bien équilibrés pour relever le tout. C’est gourmand mais légèrement relevé :)

#4592 26-27.01.2024 Hanse Spirit This is an OK sipper but I think it's an excellent mixer to be honest. Nose Fresh and green, grass, sugarcane, light floral, banana, ester, balanced. Palate Fresh, grass, ester, mango, balanced, sugarcane, light floral. Finish Medium long, fresh, citrus, light sugarcane.

Nez expressif sur la canne à sucre et très végétal, presque sur de l’herbe écrasée. Bouche fraîche et très vite sur l’eau de vie de fruits, très étonnant ! Finale chaleureuse qui finit sur des notes de fruits blancs, pêche.

Spezieller Rum, mit dem man erst warm werden muss. 2-3x ins Glas mit etwas Luft hilft. Metallischer Abgang ist interessant. Zuckerrohr, frisch geschnittenes Gras mit einigen weiteren floralen und agricole Noten.

Nun das zweite Mal im Glas. Ich muss den Rum aufwerten. Sehr spannend! Leichte fruchtige Agricole-Noten, dabei viel Gewürze, Anis, Hefe, leichte Ester. Tolle Komplexität.
