Valinch & Mallet Worthy Park The Spirit of Art 2005
Here's the twist: the nose promises far more than the palate delivers. Glue, banana, mango and papaya lift out of the glass, funky and inviting — then the palate turns woody, smoky and spicy, with the tropical fruit falling surprisingly flat and thin. Vanilla, orange and black pepper carry the middle. A typical, rounded Worthy Park that several tasters find better on the nose than in the mouth.
The community says- Complex funky nose
- Tropical fruit lift
- But: Thin on palate

Review by Jakob
Great, complex nose. On the palate then with concise, somewhat smoky wood impact. The fruits in turn are surprisingly flat, here the rum seems almost a bit thin. For me, therefore, not quite round, but still a not uninteresting release.

#4118 This is a really nice balanced release. Once rested it releases a lightly funky nose. Fruity with a spicy touch and a well balanced overall profile in my mind. Draws nice curtains and the empty glass is nice with some grassy and tannin notes.

Very nice nose, typical worthy park and funky. Unfortunately when drinking it changes in worse , being less tasteful
Review by Johannes
