Nice Worthy Park. On the nose, vanilla, chocolate and caramel dominate for me. Fruit is only slightly recognizable. On the palate, then clearly fruitier, light sweetness, also very spicy, especially pepper and a bit woody.

Unworthy Park 11 years old, quite nice. It doesn't have a funky profile, the different tastes are quite blended. The nose offers tropical notes, buttery caramel, and a bit of wood; it's even a bit pastry-like. On the palate, the entry follows the nose and evolves into spices, peppery notes, the fruitiness replaced by grassy vegetal notes. A bit of roasted wood.

8,4:On the nose, light esters, varnish, toasted wood notes like caramel, crème brûlée, pastry, brioche, spicy vanilla, anise, tropical fruits like banana, pineapple, orange, sweet molasses with honey, grassy, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, molasses is flowery, herbaceous, fresh, vegetal, dried and green fruits join, roasted nuts, chocolate and espresso arise, peppery touch. 8:On the palate, the attack is fresh with flowery molasses, grassy with hay, herbaceous, sweet with honey, later earthy, vegetal, slightly peated, fruity with tropical fruits like banana, pineapple and citrus fruits, medicinal, slightly metallic, alcoholic, the wood is toasted with caramel, nuts, pastry, nuts, spicy with allspice, vanilla, black pepper, salty, full-bodied. 8,1:The finish is medium long, dry&tannic, slightly dirty, medicinal with rubber, fruity with tropical, dried and green fruits, oak is toasted with confectionery, burnt sugar, smoky, salty, spicy with vanilla, anise, peppery, warm, a bit buttery.

Powerful rum. A beautiful nose, a little woody and alcoholic, lots of spices with a touch of vanilla and exotic fruit. On the palate, the spices are again very complex and intense. Then we move on to fruit, with a nice touch of pepper and spice. A hint of vegetal accompanies us. A very long, warm, spicy but pleasant finish. A great success, too bad there are only 240 bottles.
