Cadenhead Green Label Set (3.Ed) Danke Alex! Ziemlich neutraler/milder Geschmack mit zu alkoholischem Anklang. Dennoch findet man Karamell, Piment und Vanille… Backgewürziger Geschmack mit kurzem Abgang.

Im Test heute mal wieder 3 Haiti Abfüllungen von der Green Label Serie von Cadenhead. Wie meist alle aus dieser Reihe, können diese nicht wirklich überzeugen. Für mich sind sie definitiv nichts gewesen. Trotzdem Danke an Alex für diesen Split und die Möglichkeit diese probieren zu können.

Drei Cadenheads green label aus Haiti im Vergleich. Danke an Alex für die Proben. Neben diesem die RX7866 und die RX5567. Vorab - alle drei sind kein Highlight und unterscheiden sich nur in Nuancen wohl dem unterschiedlichen Alter im Fass geschuldet. Dieser hier in der Nase unspezifisch mit leichtem Karamell. Am Gaumen leichte süssliche Vanille und ein kurzer Abgang auf leichtem Holz. Im Vergleich mit den beiden anderen etwas süsser und damit ausgewogener, was ihm die beste Note im Vergleich einbringt - allerdings auf überschaubarem Niveau.

Cadenhead Green Label Blind Tasting @Alex: spanisches Profil. Könnte ein Panama Rum sein. Recht dünn, wenig Aromen, leicht Vanillin, Milchschokolade, Abgang mittel lang, etwas alkoholisch.
