#7098 29.07.2026 Relaxing with a few samples to recover from a total of 30 km of walking today. Listening to some nice Armin van Buuren on Spotify. When looking at the price tag at release a very good rum in my mind. Well rounded profile with fruits, roasted wood, spice, honey, mint and some tannins.

Tasted at Spirits Days in Tournai, quick notes: In short: the mint is there, it's quite pleasant on the palate, but I didn't take more notes.

The Road Rummers Africa tasting First sip was WOW! Second sip the rum dissaperead more and was too light. Now I dont't know what to think of it. For this price I would still recommend getting a bottle. Dark flavours woody roasted. A bit one dimensional over the whole line.
