Surprised me since I had fairly low expectations but it was not too bad. Sweet without being dosed, simple and easy to drink at 40% but pleasant. This was offered to me by a really kind server at a rum bar in Miami. Thanks Maria!

The aroma has a little caramel. There was some initial oak with the taste, and a bit of caramel. My wife picks up chocolate. A little burn at first, but that diminished the more I sipped.
