Smell: Sweet and very fruity first of strawberry syrup and then especially raspberry syrup. Ester. Taste: Sweet and fruity after raspberry brandy in the mouth. Alcoholic fruity when swallowed. Finish: Medium long Fruity - still raspberry brandy. In the aftertaste dry and herbal. In Germany, they say raspberry spirit to something like this, not rum. 😇

Total anders! Dumpfe Fruchtigkeit, vergoren, erinnert mich an Spargelwasser. Vielleicht noch mit einem Stückchen Kürbis und Gurke drin. Intensiver Geruch. Da kommt noch etwas blumiges, Veilchen und es schwingt eine Süße mit. Spannend. Am Gaumen wieder dieser vegatible, grüne Eindruck, grasig, grüner Tee, aber auch eine leicht Blumigkeit mit einer schrägen Süße die ich von Cherrytomaten kenne. Im Abgang bleibt der Eindruck von grünem Tee, grasig und fein herb. Genial anders, nicht für jeden Tag, aber eine echte Bereicherung.

08.12.2018 Had a wonderful meet up with old and new friends at this wonderful hotel. Notes. Transparent in colour. Nose: fresh, green, vegetal, fruits, light herbs. Palate: round, grass, herbs, sweet, apple, fruity. Finish: medium long, fruity, vegetal, light smoke, faint olive.

Chemie, Gras und schwarze Oliven und dabei sehr komplex. Klingt nicht gut und sicher nichts für schwache Herzen. Aber trotzdem interessant und gar nicht so schlecht. Der Punk-Rum, die Sex Pistols hätten ihn geliebt.
