08.12.2018 Had a wonderful meet up with old and new friends at this wonderful hotel. Notes. Transparent in colour. Nose: fresh, green, vegetal, fruits, light herbs. Palate: round, grass, herbs, sweet, apple, fruity. Finish: medium long, fruity, vegetal, light smoke, faint olive.

Chemistry, grass, and black olives and yet very complex. Doesn't sound good and certainly not for the faint of heart. But still interesting and not so bad. The punk rum, the Sex Pistols would have loved it.

Totally different! Dull fruitiness, fermented, reminds me of asparagus water. Maybe with a little piece of pumpkin and cucumber in it. Intense smell. There's also something floral, violet, and a sweetness swings along. Exciting. On the palate again this vegetable, green impression, grassy, green tea, but also a slight floral note with a quirky sweetness that I know from cherry tomatoes. On the finish remains the impression of green tea, grassy and finely bitter. Brilliantly different, not for every day, but a real enrichment.

Smell: Sweet and very fruity first of strawberry syrup and then especially raspberry syrup. Ester. Taste: Sweet and fruity after raspberry brandy in the mouth. Alcoholic fruity when swallowed. Finish: Medium long Fruity - still raspberry brandy. In the aftertaste dry and herbal. In Germany, they say raspberry spirit to something like this, not rum. 😇
