One more Plantation is fine. This one is really good. Here we mostly have a subtle mint note on the nose and palate. Otherwise, I can also detect some wine on the nose and some black pepper as well as barrel on the palate. Very tasty.

#1708 31-12-2025 - Rate 7.5 For some reason I’m always a bit pessimistic about Plantation(Planteray) bottlings, when they are not cask strength or high ABV. Nose of tropical fruits, wood, leather and spice. Palate follows the nose pretty well with a hint of white wine. Short finish dominated by wood and white wine

#4479 17.11.2023 My notes. Floral, spicy, fruity, marcipan, warm, raisin. Long finish. A pretty good release at an affordable price tag.

Nice matte bottle under 100€. You can feel the alcohol, but very drinkable. I recommend it even to beginner rum drinkers to discover new flavors. Mint from TDL is an unmistakable taste that never gets boring.
