Nice clean and light white rum. Esters and fermentation brings hints of tropical fruits sweetness and spice.

Sampled 23-06-2024 Nosing A heavy grass hit starts then moves into a sweetened cherry Tasting This is delightful pot still taste , starts with a lush apple note , slight molasses note but very clean and clear ... Close to an agricole style run .. The finish is like a pear drop sweet Delicious stuff
