Finalmente assaggio un Rhum Agricolo 100% italiano! Al naso è bello intenso, fresco e profumato con canna, vegetali/olive, metallico, maturati di frutta tropicale e salamoia, delizioso. (7.4) Al palato mantiene gli stessi aromi, ma con meno intensità, vegatale,medicinale e pepato/agrumato sul finale breve. Purtroppo il naso è di gran lunga superiore alla bocca, dove l'abv poteva essere integrato un po' meglio, altrimenti sarebbe stato un 7+. Per essere il loro primo prodotto però hanno fatto un gran bel lavoro, c'è modo di crescere e migliorare per perfezionare un prodotto che ha potenzialità. Bravi! Grazie a Emiliano per l'opportunità!
