Review by Asian Rum Palate
Well it’s really a all in one rum: nose is the same as palate, definitely complex of light ester, mild glue, new oak but not dominating . Light body, palate: light ester, honey flavoured backbone, and I found salty olives water, definitely approachable for beginners. Finish is dry with simple oak with dash of light honey. 2 weeks post review: new elements of coconut, fresh green apples, unripe banana, hints of funky left. Remind me of Hibiki NV whisky!
