Cadenhead's Sancti Spiritus CMA 1999
"You can taste the citrus," as one member puts it, and that runs through the whole glass — marmalade, green apple, a bit of vanilla, all riding a big 62.2% wave. This is cask-strength Cuban column-still from an off-the-radar distillery, so expect a fairly light, round profile that some find flat and a couple find just plain hot and sour. Opinions here really split.

28.11.2017 Meeting up at a friend's house each one bringing a bottle. Pretty surprised that there were 3 Cadenhead's in the pot. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Intense, wood, light roasted, grass, cherry, spice, citrus. Palate Intense, wood, roasted, lightly oily, berries, light floral, spice, light caramel. Finish Long and warm, wood, roasted, banana, spice, caramel, Extra note Needs to rest for a long while to settle down properly.
