Tried in Brandy Library’s rum flight. One of the wilder spirits I’ve ever tasted. Unlike any Agricole I’ve tried as well. Pickles. Green olives. Very briney. Super unique. I wouldn’t call it delicious but it has so much character that I couldn’t stop tasting it.

Nail polish remover, maybe some vanilla. Plum or something on the smell. Big mouth fell. A little sharp pepper on the finish. Clear pour. Burns a little. Had this in a flight at Casta's in DC a couple of times.

This is a tasty cane juice rum with a good balance of vegetable funk and high abv. This could be as good as Neisson but it has a very strong unpleasant astringent flavor. I drink this with lime. I won't rebuy.

An interesting, unique rum. The nose is strongly evocative of a Bloody Mary: briney with tomato. The palate is relatively similar to the nose, subtly sweet with olivey notes and a pleasant (but strange) tomato flavor. For the proof, quite smooth/nonabrasive. The finish is more or less the same as the palate. A unique sipper!

This is delicious! Olive brine and citrus on the nose. Thick mouthfeel, more olive brine and herbs. Long earthy, brine, and grassy finish. This is going to be a lot of fun to cocktail with!
