Depuis 1925, la Compagnie Sucrière de Kwilu-Ngongo cultive la canne à sucre en plein cœur de l’Afrique, en République Démocratique du Congo. Aujourd’hui encore, la canne est acheminée par train à travers les 12.000 hectares de champ jusqu’à la sucrerie-distillerie où le rhum est produit. Délicat et gourmand, ce rhum ambré aux notes de banane et de fruits jaunes prend des accents vanillés, boisés, épices et chocolatés. Les bouteilles de Kwilu Rhum Ambré sont 100% recyclées. Un type de verre et une technique rares ont été utilisés pour créer les bouteilles avec une surface et une texture spéciales, une première mondiale ! L’identité du territoire congolais et de Kwilu-Ngongo, anciennement connu sous le nom de la Vallée des Eléphants est reprise dans l’image de la marque.
