Nez de pruneau frais, léger acétone en bouche on sent encore cette eau de vie de pruneau boisé avec un certain gras mais pas vraiment typé rhum!

Un profil plus Demerara au premier nez, puis le côté agricole est bien présent avec des herbes sèches, des pruneaux et de la prune, du cuir. Un nez sombre mais équilibré grâce à une belle acidité. Plus on le sent et meilleur il est. De l’alcool en bouche et la richesse du nez, puis un côté acqueux et tout à déjà disparu. Des arômes caramélisés, de pruneau et de bois persistent pourtant longtemps. A l’aveugle j’aurais parié pour une vieille prune plutôt qu’un rhum, étonnant !

Diesem Rum merkt man auf jeden Fall an, dass er sehr alt ist. In der Nase sind hier neben Holz auch Leder, Pflaume und rote Früchte erkennbar. Am Gaumen dann auch reichlich Holz, aber auch etwas Karamell, Früchte und Rotwein.
