#5930 07.11.2025 Running some samples because now the weekend is here and I have some serious tasting ahead. Nose Medium intense, light wood, fruity, light banana, light leather, glue, light berries, light ester. Palate Oily, fresh, balanced, fruity, overripe, light ester, berries, faint apple, cinnamon, light nutts. Finish Long and warm, fresh, oily, fruits, cinnamon, light cherry, light citrus. Empty glass Banana, light citrus, cinnamon, jackfruit, light sour.

The longer it rests, the more aromas unfold. No ester bomb, but very fruity and a nice woody spice. It fits together perfectly. The alcohol is perfectly integrated. A direct comparison with RX 10639 is still pending...

Great balance between ester fruity notes, the typical acidity, and heavy sweetness. Excellent alcohol integration!

First time trying a STCE. 15 years in the tropics is something else. Lots of funky shoe on the nose. Cherry up front on the tongue. Water really opens this up. Drying on the finish. I feel like this would actually be slightly better with a little less age.
