For its "young age" it can already do quite well. You hardly feel the 67.4%, I find it rather easy to drink. On the palate, everything tightens up briefly, but in a pleasant way. Very nice dark coffee notes with a very nice long-lasting finish. I really like it!

Very nice color first of all... Wonderfully spicy nose dark dried fruits, vanilla, brown sugar... coffee and some citrus fruits. On the palate Similar spice... alcohol a bit more present but okay.. Vanilla, wood, burnt sugar, some chocolate. Plum jam and raisin and citrus fruits (orange or clementines)

What a positive surprise... this young Diamond knows how to convince. It already has surprisingly many dark aromas, and the alcohol is perfectly integrated. I like these aromas of dark chocolate and coffee... Top

A great Diamond Rum. Typically Guyanese, it comes across very, very dark. Dark chocolate is recognizable, lots of coffee, but also somewhat woody and smoky. Alcohol also excellently integrated.

Intense Diamond with lots of molasses. Surprisingly good for its young age and alcohol very well integrated.

Super rum! On the nose dark, intense, woody. Needs a few minutes to open up. On the palate, the 67% first announce themselves, but calm down almost immediately to make way for intense roasted aromas, licorice, wood spices. Surprisingly intense and woody for such a young age! Still well balanced. Long finish with coffee and dark chocolate. Too bad it's empty!

Alcohol is well integrated. Unfortunately, it also brings quite a bit of sweetness at the start. A bit like a fruit jam. Along with caramel and chocolate. The finish is quite long. Intense coffee and slightly bitter burnt sugar note.
