Savanna S.B.S Reunion 2021 Creole - Bourbon Cask
Grass, sugarcane and a briny olive note dominate — one taster nailed it as smelling like "an old medicine cabinet." This is a young, cask-strength agricole from Savanna, and it drinks wild and green, heavy on the vegetal side. At 59% it's raw and unpolished; a few members wished it had spent more time in the barrel. Fascinating, but not an easy pour.
