#4259 22.09.2023 One of the samples from the Whisky N Rum Show in Copenhagen. This is the stronger release of the Olorosso Cask and when pouring the sample you can pick up flavours right away. This is good example of a higher ABV cam give more power. It needs to rest a bit longer but the profile has more punch and other flavours appear. Lightly fruity and spicy. Warm and lightly dry palate with a long finish. ABV could have been better integrated. Another rum i think will do very well in a Rum'n'Coke. Draws nice slow moving curtains. The empty glass has toffee and very light chocolate.
