Balanced on the nose, mechanical workshop vibes on one side and sweetness with tropical fruits on the other. The attack is lively on the palate, and the aromas continue to rise afterward. More liveliness than on the nose but still the balance between mechanical workshop aromas and sweetness. The finish is extremely long, always maintaining this balance. An excellent Caroni!

A solid Caroni with typical notes of tar, rubber, and smoke. The 25 years of aging at 57.1% ABV give it depth and complexity. Compared to other Caronis in this series, it shows itself a bit more reserved, yet still a worthwhile drop for lovers of the distillery.

Good continental aged Caroni with the typical HTR markers. On the palate with pleasant sweetness alongside the dirty tar aromas and the typical spiciness of the 98 vintage. On the finish with a recognizable roasted note that lingers longer alongside the aromatic potpourri. Nice release that gives an impression of the typical Caroni profile but clearly below the Caroni top class.

I really like it 🤩 Beautiful harmony of aromas. Salty but not too much, roundness, tar and leather, caramel, vanilla, a touch of leather 😍 It's well done, with a nice length Alcohol very well integrated, you don't feel the power.
