Honey, honeycomb and candied fruit lead, then a vegetal twist of tomato and grass underneath — pure cane juice clairin, bottled at full strength. One reviewer called the flavor "like a renaissance fair," changing as you sip. It reads sweet but, as a few note, it's all natural sweetness, never sugary. Floral and fresh, with vegetables lingering. Not for everyone, but loved by those who get it.

Wonderful masterclass with Daniele Biondi. It was great to try to whole range. The story of Clairin and Haiti 🇭🇹 is absolutely amazing. It is a privilege to be able to try such a pure product at home. Francois fraire cask, cognac. Only one of that type of the cask shipped to Haiti. Spirit of vaval?

#4519 09.12.2023 Pretty nice release as well. Medium fruity with nice balance. The palate is warm and fresh with fruits. The finish is medium long and fresh with a light cherry note. The empty glass has a light flower note.
