Anyone who likes coffee and chocolate in a glass will get the point of this one fast. It's a cocoa-and-rum liqueur that drinks mostly of coffee, with dark chocolate, cocoa butter and caramel underneath. One taster described a thick chocolate cream that lingers until only caramel is left. A few found the coffee dominant and some of the aromas a little artificial, but as an easy after-dinner pour it does its job.

A little ice to cool it down makes it even more balanced. But let's start at the beginning. On the nose, clear fresh cocoa bean with a hint of coffee. On the palate, then a rich thick cream of cocoa butter and chocolate with caramel and a fine coffee note. In the finish, the coffee disappears quickly and the thick chocolate cream remains until only caramel is left.

This rum impresses with its dominant coffee aroma and taste. Also some notes of caramel and chocolate as well as cocoa are recognizable. Partly again very artificial aromas, but still okay.

This one is actually not that bad. Of course, mostly coffee on the nose and palate. But also light notes of chocolate and caramel can be detected here. So far the best today, but there are still 3 Caronis to come ;-)

Unfortunately a bit unharmonious and bumpy. Beautiful intense notes of dark men's chocolate. The sugar content is balanced. But unfortunately, the alcohol content and the aromas are not coordinated with each other.
