My first tasting of a cachaca. It is reminiscent of a Haitian Clairin to my mind. Lots of vegetal, grassy, and olive notes on the nose. The palate follows the nose but it is a bit of a let down after the nose. It’s very mild, though maybe that’s to be expected at 39%. It is pleasant and seems like an unadulterated product.

For a first tasting of cachaca, I'd say it's not bad. Quite pleasant on the nose, with a fruity taste on the palate, but too sweet for me. The alcohol should have been better integrated, as at only 38° it's still very present.
