Surprisingly fruity aromas combine the Belize profile, which is characterized by heavy sweetness, coconut and oak notes. With a little time in the glass, a lot more happens here, the sweetness and the aromas of red berries enter into a dynamic interplay, into which a few tart spices and roasted barrel notes also enter. Not quite a typical Belize representative, but a thoroughly appealing combination.

Absolutely beautiful 2006 Belize. Sandalwood, caramel, lots of nougat and milk chocolate, as well as coconut chips, fresh green pepper and cinnamon. The whole is fruity with tart red berries, passion fruit and pineapple. Pleasant to drink and a medium-long finish with a very pleasantly heavy, almost oily viscosity. Delicious!
