Celui que j ai classé en troisième position dans la série des 3 bouteilles . il est un tout petit peu en dessous pour moi, mais ça reste un très bon rhum quand même. Le boisé est un peu moins présent, par contre il bénéficie d une fraîcheur intéressante

Spannendes und höchst ungewöhnliches Profil für einen isautier was mich deutlich mehr an savanna erinnert. Insbesondere im direkten Vergleich zum Antoinette batch 1 ist der Unterschied enorm. Saftige kandierte orangen, fast künstlich wirkende Noten nach Erdbeere und anderen roten Beeren, Himbeer-Joghurt, weiße Schokolade und Minze bzw. Menthol. Alkohol ist gut integriert, der Abgang ist sehr lange. Schönes Ding!
