The one I ranked third in the series of 3 bottles. It's a little bit below for me, but still a very good rum. The woodiness is a bit less present, but it benefits from an interesting freshness.

Exciting and highly unusual profile for an Isautier that reminds me much more of Savanna. Especially in direct comparison to Antoinette batch 1, the difference is enormous. Juicy candied oranges, almost artificially seeming notes of strawberry and other red berries, raspberry yogurt, white chocolate and mint or menthol. Alcohol is well integrated, the finish is very long. Beautiful thing!

Wow, what a gem from the house of Isautier. Definitely plenty of menthol and mint, citrus fruits, berries, subtly woody, chocolaty and spicy. On the palate it's crazy with yogurt and strawberry. The finish lingers for a very long time!
