Having tasted all 3 bottles in this series at the Paris 2025 rumfest, I can say that this one is my favorite. The flavors are pleasant, with a hint of cocoa, nuts and dried fruit, topped with a pleasant woody, slightly peppery and citrus note. A great success!

Another fine bottle from Isautier! A superb profile: wood, cocoa-chocolate, pepper, vanilla. Good length. Elegant and racy. Not necessarily my favorite, but very successful.
