Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um einen rum sondern einen spiced. Ich finde ihn allerdings gelungen. Schöne orangennoten mit bittermandel und Zimt. Ein wenig zu Süß aber er ist harmonisch und brennt nicht.

I use this one for a Danish cookie called "Romsnitter" with coconut. The rum matches very well with its spices.
