The nose comes out nice and spicy. Some dry wood mixes with the tart fruitiness of currant and the sweetness of raisin. Some nutmeg, pepper.The spiciness is also present on the palate. Here it goes in right anise and clove, a salty sweetness mixes in, a pleasant slightly bitter note of chamomile tea hangs after.In the finish again chamomile tea and in the back I have the tart sweetness of dried apricot.The is delicious, the alcohol well and pleasantly integrated, a nice flavor profile.

Gewinnt enorm durch lange Oxidation, eine inzwischen seit 2018/2019 geöffnete 0,7 Flasche halb gefüllt bringt aktuell, August 2023, das für mich bisher beste Ergebnis seit Öffnung. Schon krass, wie sehr manche Abfüllung von Oxidation profitieren kann.
