Un nez tourbé avec de la fumée, de la vanille et du whisky. Une bouche ample toujours sur la tourbe amère, le fumé et la vanille. La finale est assez longue sur la tourbe et une belle amertume. Un rhum qui sort des sentiers battus pour Louis Santo et qui s’adresse sans doute aux amateurs de whisky tourbé. Une belle réussite avec un bel équilibre des saveurs même s’il penche nettement vers le whisky plutôt que le rhum.
