This is an unaged agricole blanc: fresh sugarcane, a real menthol streak, earthy minerality and bright citrus, with an oily body and black pepper on a long finish. #5681 Having a few of the new unagred I got the other day while packing for the tasting I'm giving today. Nose Medium intense, fresh, green, light flofal, sugarcane, spice, light mint, fruits. Palate Oily, faint smoke, medium intense, light salt, floral, fruits, sugarcane, faint olive, light dry and spicy. Finish Medium long, fresh, sugarcane, light floral, faint olive, light salt, light dry. \empty glass Perfume, light olive, floral, sugarcane. Surprisingly good rum at the price tag and I like the faint mint notes in the profile.

Notes from Whisky Live Paris 2024 - to review and deepen. Fresh cane, mentholated, earthy, with beautiful citrus, and an ultra well integrated alcohol. That's nice! You notice some metallic notes which I think are found in all their whites?
