Das erste Mal heute den Bio Neisson im Glas – und direkt positiv überrascht. Der Geruch frisch und knackig mit Zuckerrohr, Limettenschale und einer Spur Anis. Im Geschmack mild und sehr geradlinig, geschmeidig die Kehle runter, kaum komplex, aber wohlschmeckend.

A very aromatic nose of fresh cane, but the palate is still on the back burner, with that vegetal, green touch... I compare it too much to l'esprit, which I find extraordinary! Finishes on sugar cane. To be enjoyed again, palate rested!
