Given the 50% ABV, this white agricole drinks softer than you'd expect — one taster called it silky without being oily. Expect fresh-cut sugarcane up front, bright lime and citrus, floral notes, and a grassy, vegetal palate. A few members even caught a faint sake and olive note in the empty glass. Not everyone agreed: one felt this vintage lacked the punch and fresh cane of past bottlings.

Ah this beautiful keel! I've been waiting 3 months to open it and I'm not disappointed. A beautiful product, as soon as you open the bottle, the cane comes out and tickles your nose. Cane, lime for sure, maybe mango and rose, a silky side without being too greasy. A blend of pep and finesse. The finish lacks a hint of madness to titillate a constellation, but frankly, I'm thinking of buying more very soon. Go for it!

Oh yes, a beautiful Agricole from Clement. The nose is definitely very floral, citrus fruits are recognizable. On the palate it is also very herbal and grassy. You can taste sugar cane and some lime here.

#4792 21.07.2024 Got a set of unaged samples from a friend and had some time to enjoy them during the day. Nose Fresh, intense, vegetal, light citrus, sugarcane, light olive. Palate Round, balanced, light earthy, sugarcane, medium spicy, light olive, sake, citrus. Finish Medium long, fresh, citrus, vegetal. The empty glass has stronger sake like flavours as well as a touch of flowers.

My god, I'm so disappointed... I loved some Clément canne bleue, but this one is not up to par for me. Beautiful bottle, that's true, but the content doesn't deliver. Lacks nose, fresh cane, power...
