Tastingabend bei Dr.Django. Einstieg ist ein alter Agricole, der relativ leicht und dünn daherkommt. Mir ist er etwas zu eindimensional. Zudem stört mich eine alkoholische Note am Gaumen. Der Abfang ist sehr kurz und flüchtig

Überraschenderweise nicht wässrig, sondern sehr samtig und voll. Hintenraus eine tolle holzige Fassnote. Wirklich spannend wie nur 18 Monate Lagerung hier sehr gut umgesetzt wurden.
