Tasting evening at Dr.Django. The entry is an old Agricole, which comes across relatively light and thin. For me, it is a bit too one-dimensional. Also, an alcoholic note on the palate bothers me. The finish is very short and fleeting.

Surprisingly not watery, but very velvety and full. At the back a great woody barrel note. Really exciting how just 18 months of aging were very well implemented here.
